Check my Solo build thread (http://forums.champions-online.com/showthread.php?p=954384#post954384), so far I can solo pretty much anything.

I don't know if I can give you a full build, but I do know that with regeneration, and a block skill, I have been able to solo most missions without dieing a lot. Some healing might also help. Of course to get regen as early as possible (recomended) that means you'll need to take a Supernatural skill and if you prefer ranged, you'll have to take Lash. I personally have had few problems with Bestial Fury though. That'll also mean you'll want to make Recovery a superstat for regen, and I hear Con is also good for soloing.

Also, it seems that Supernatural and Ice go well together with their AoE, roots, and holds. If you go that route, Wall of Ice should be your next power after Regen, and then Condemn for the hold. From there, you could get Ice Breath and/or Shatter, Iron Cyclone, Ice Block, and Resurgence. Not sure the best order for those, but perhaps you can determine whether you need more offense or defense by that point. Snow Storm could also be helpful.

I don't really think this is necessary. Regeneration is a pretty low-tier power anyway, so even if it's your first Supernatural power you only have to wait until level 8 to get it. You may not have even left the crisis zone by that point.

It helped to deal with Ferd which by that time I was not yet level 8 and I had done all the other quests up to that point. Still, you could be right about that. Just so long as you get regen as early as possible. It seems to be the best slotted power for a solo character.
