Does anyone NOT have pyre and mini mines in high level pvp?

This is just about all I've seen people use lately... Nothing else. Just pyre and mini mines...

Me, I refuse to get mini mines, and Pyre is too high of cost for me to use effectively in most situations.

Though, my lack of AoES has me avoiding the free for all matches, I have no chance at winning that due to just about everyone killing each other with mini mines.

pyre is pretty questionable to use now, even a tap for knockback isnt energy efficient...but is super easy to use though if you want to knockback

Pyre becomes ridiculously energy efficient when you're using it in combination with proper stats and other power combinations.

Thermal Reverberation + Flashfire + Pyre == full energy throughout a fight.

Pyre+mini mines. There were no other powers being used.

My teammates were using it, too. I felt kinda left out.

I was going to go Mini Mines with my 38 power for concept reasons. Not so much now.
