Loving that I can make a large variety of character types and personalities. Love that I can solo all the way to level cap.
Thanks Cryptic for a quality game and a good release.

I have to disagree, the fact that there is only one realm, limiting us to only one set of character slots, is tremendously frustrating to alt-aholics.
I had characters on every server in CoH, and I completely filled at least two.

Would be the perfect game for alts if for one thing... the tutorial. I refuse to make another one until they get with the program and like EVERY other MMO allow you to skip the tutorial.

Definitely a good game for alts... I have 3 characters level 15ish and another three just started... I'm already lamenting then 8 character limit. That seems so small for a game like this.
I will disagree with you on the "good realease" part. This has been at best a C+ release. Nerfs on day one, and the whole patch problem yesterday causing the game to be down pretty much all day sully the release of the game. This isn't the first MMO for this company, and MMOs have been so many, and around for so long that they should be getting releases right by now. And yes, I understand that releasing a game like this is a very complicated process, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be done right.

The variety in creation is good for alt-aholics... buuut... the lack of variety at start is worse in this MMO than it is in a vast majority of other big name ones.

There is no point playing the game then as it is exactly the same for the first 12 levels -_-

Not so much. Only 8 character slots by default.
Not complaining (in fact I kinda like it this way, because people are more invested in their characters), but any game that restricts you TOTAL number of alts to only 8 cant be called a great game for altaholics IMO.

I would rather Cryptic let each one of us to chose just how invested we are into each character that we make. Whether it is one or 45+ it does not matter. Let us and the game dictate how many characters that we make not some arbitrary measly number of only 8 without a lifetime sub.

Ummm, what? You know that you can only have like 6 or 8 characters right? Yeah... that's what I thought.

Yeah, only 8 slots is not alt-o-holic friendly.

I think I'll have to disagree. While there are many costume customization choices, the whole free power system means you will have alts using the same powers as other alts for the most part.. unless you make each character strictly pure in one powerset

I concur, 8 is no where near enough slots. I have 5 lvl 14s and 1 lvl 19, so only two more slots for me.
