Question for higher level Telepath characters

If you go with the default focus of EGO/PRESENCE do you end up running short on energy when trying to charge up some of the more powerful abilities (either from the TP framework or others).

With the respec coming up I'm having a hard time deciding whether or not to keep the focus on EGO/PRE or swap one to END or INT.

Can I stick with EGO/PRESENCE and bump energy enough via gear and talents?

Yeah, I was thinking of going Presence/Endurance, but I don't have the high level experience yet to verify if that is a good way to go or not. I haven't seen a lot of telepathy talk on the boards in general so I'm guess there aren't a lot of high level TP's yet.
