would END and DEX be good super stats for a force and munitions build?

Dex without ego is pretty pointless imo. Other than boosting your dodge with lightning reflexes ( not a great passive in the first place), all dex does is increase your crit chance, which is pointless if your crits do negligible additional damage.

hmm . . . what do you think i should go with then . . . . i use force fields for knock back and survivibility, plan on doing my damage through munitions

I would go with dex/ego. Ego will boost the regen rate of your PFF and keep your damage high. If you take minimines + wall of fire advantage, then stats are irrelevant until its nerfed. If you dont take them, then you will need all the damage you can get. End/dex will probably give you a little more survivability but a significant drop in damage.

I actually would recommend dex/end. It's fairly easy to get enough Ego on gear to have a good severity. Just getting some ego on secondary gear when I cannot find gear that gives me dex/end I have a crit severity of 50%.

you will eventually be able to cater to your superstats. Stacking something other than a superstat is another loss of damage.

I haven't seen the numbers to convince me it's a net loss of damage, though. If you lose 10% damage from one super stat but gain 50% crit severity, that's a net increase in damage if your crit chance is over 20%, which it will be for super dex. I'm looking forward to the more math intensive analysis I'm sure we'll see on these forums in the next few weeks.

Putting points in ego with super end just lowers your end, which gives you less bonus damage, but probably results in a net increase in damage over pure dex/end, but you lose some of your survivability advantage too. If you just go dex/ego, you get about 100% severity( or more), plus all of the points in ego go to bonus damage. If you are comparing dex/ego with some gear for end and dex/end with some gear for ego, then there probably isnt a difference.
