Stealth in PvP

As far as I can tell there are 4 stealth graning powers (plus the love/hate teleport)

Sneak (Single Blade)
Smoke Bomb (Dual Blade)
Runic aoe stealth
Darkness sheath/form

Is anyone activly using these powers in PvP?
I know the sneak power states it is less effective in PvP, but does that mean it is worthless for a dex absed char?
Any valid on-topic responses are highly appreciated!

I use smoke bomb allot. has saved my butt countless times. Just makes them have to retarget me most the time. but thats enoph time for me to get the cage to block an attack to for me.

I think offensively stealth kind of sucks because there's not really any advantage popping on a guy. If they had something like opening attacks that require it then okay, but right now its just as easy to run up to a guy as fast paced as the game is. As an escape skill stealth is conceptually good, but the TP thing makes those skills pretty useless in comparison.

Ok so smoke bomb just makes them lose their target lock? Are you a dex based char?

What I'm hoping to do with this is use stealth to pick and choose my encounters better, I like freedom of movement and knowing that even 3/4 of the enemy team cant see me would be a huge benefit in my opinion. Especially since many of the big alpha strikes have large charge times.

Sniper rifle for example is only useful if no one has you locked. Stealth would allow you to fire that 1st shot without fear of being hit.

If on the otherhand stealth only breaks target locks... its effeciveness is nill.
