After looking and read up a little more about the fire force combo i was debating, im actually thinking about simply doing pure fire. I heard that endurance is good for anything but the game recomends presence(which im still not sure exactly what it does) and recovery. I dont really want to stretch my character too much but with the game difficulty im thinking about putting some into constitution. So if anyone has any thoughts on a pure(I should say 'mainly') fire build (I.E. NEED and AVOID powers) and what stats to focus on that would be awesome.

Presence is one of the least useful attributes in this game. Rather than, say, granting more health or a bonus to critical probability, it reduces the amount of threat that you generate when in combat. It might be useful in a group setting, I honestly have no idea. What I do know is that while playing solo, it provides you no benefit at all... it's futile trying to manage aggro when you're the only one in the fight.
Because of this, one option that is somewhat popular is to take Ice Form instead of the fire version. It also boosts fire damage and scales with END/DEX instead of REC/PRE.
