Thinking about making a Tank with the base being MA or Might. Any Ideas or build thoughs?
Also what does it take state wise to be a good tank?

Stats are CON and somthing else - useally strength.
Might has more tanking powers.
I would pick invulnerability as your passive defense, as well as energy shield, they're both from the PA tree. I would also highly recommend taking a ranged energy builder as opposed to a melee one. Use Defensive Combo as your main attack.
What will likely become FOTM would be somthing like the following:

Don't get wrist bolters if you're going to pick up laser knight. Get a melee end builder.

In addition to what others have said, if you're planning on actually holding aggro off of people and not just making a solo-tank-type-hero, you better take Presence as your second SuperStat and pick up something in the way of healing, probably Psionic Healing and Arcane Vitality.
Good luck!

From my limited experience in OB, the key to tanking is Crippling Challenge. Presence has very little effect on threat either way. By far the most important ability is to make sure Crippling Challenge is part of your main attack. Since Defensive Combo can be enhanced with Crippling Challenge, it is sufficient for tanking.

Crippling Challenge is a given, but you'll never hold off a support toon without some healing of your own. For whatever reason, healing generates a ****TON more threat than any reasonable person would think it should. Every healer I've partied with as a tank, or played as has ended up as the primary aggro holder. Not sure if something is broken with Presence, Support Role, Healing Threat or what. All I can say for certain is that how things work currently ingame.
Cheers

I think PRE might not be as effective as it needs to be. In OB I partied with a tank that had PRE as a super stat, and I was healing with PRE as a super stat as well. He was not able to hold aggro off me either.
