So there I was, waiting for the new patch to load.... Figured I'd plug in my ipod and charge it. Strangest thing though happened when I plugged in my ipod. The patcher started running right away! Not only that but it was sending the patch over to my ipod touch.... What's quite odd is that the ipod touch in no way was able to play the game before. I guess they really changed the system specs? Or maybe I'll be able to load up my character builds and favorite videos to show people when it finishes?
So an hour later the patch finished and I can now play Champions Online on my wifi connected ipod! I think it's a bit silly but the intro screen has a robotic face that says each time I start, 'Mechanon was here, foolish human make way for the robots!”
