Poking around with a Powered Armor build. I left Eye Beams off despite how cool I think they are because of the nerf :( Basicly a shooty PA Build. Open to Suggestions! In fact I'd love to hear them!
I figured I'd setup a second build with Regeneration so I can switch Mid-Combat if things get desperate.
