How do I use the Crybaby Grenade????

I created this item, it is a grenade that is supposed to be used up to 100ft away, with a 1 second recharge.
It is slotted (only place I can figure out where to put it) in my primary offense slot (bottom left one) My question is how do I activate this power???? It will not go (as in I can not place) this item anywhere but there and clicking it does nothing.

Help?

It's a Power Replace, thus you need the basic Power to actually use it.

In this case it's Frag Grenade from Munitions.

still doesnt seem to do anything, equipped in primary offense, and still nothing. (Munitions spec w/ frag grenade purchased) No % chance of triggering either.

Gunslingers Legacy on the other hand,(quest item) works just fine, clicking on it fires the effect.

Looks like it might be mistagged.. dud grenades.. heh.

Crybaby is a smoke grenade replacement.

Smoke g's have a range of 100ft.

yes they're probably right. you did find crybaby under powereplacement like i did. I dont have smoke which is why it wont work for me but i'll defintely get smoke now that i know i can make it
