Operation Stronghold Reward item

Well just finished Operation Stronghold, the mission in the desert where you find and dispose of Menton. After finishing the optional part of the mission I return to the contact person and browse over the items and notice one of them is different then the others. Its icon was a question mark and its description was something along the lines of "Menton Defeated" no other text. So I select the item and it goes into my inventory like usual and then I double click the icon to see what happens and nothing happened was it supposed to unlock something or give me a message of some kind and I just missed it? Anyone know thanks for the help.

I did the exact same thing you as you, got the exact same result (nothing), and was a little confused.

Was a really cool mission that I had fun with. But would really like to know what the "Menton Defeated" item was.

Since it was such a unique item in that list, it was hard to pass up because I was afraid I would miss out on a perk or title or action figure that I would never have had a chance at again.
