Couple bugged MC missions

1): My lost foot: Xiress is unresponsive now (she worked in beta) and won't interact with you, so the quest can't proceed.

2) Waterfront Watcher: Harmon is likewise unresponsive, with the same result. As far as I know, this mission has never worked.

Both of those missions can be completed if you're really, really lucky and manage to find them on an instance where they aren't bugged. I've personally completed Waterfront, and have heard people say they've completed My Lost Foot in retail. Waterfront required me to switch instances like ten times though. I've switched even more trying to get My Lost Foot to work, but Xiress is always inside of the wall or standing there unresponsive like you said.

I haven't even seen Xiress since beta - there's just never anything there. Also the Downtown Dustoff in the same general area (an OPTIONAL part of a quest, but is required for a perk) never seems to be working either.

Which is quite annoying - is Cryptic going to give us credit for perks we missed because of their screw-ups?

I completed them both last night, but i could'nt prior to the server reset last night. I waited for the servers to come back and went into the lowest population server i found, then did both of the quests. I had a friend that tried to do them on the same server right after me and they were bugged out again. So yeh i think once someone does them it bugs them out, gotta find a new server where those quests haven't been done yet....good luck =)

Sept 2nd.

hoping a few instance, I manage to find a Xiress that wasn't inside a wall, yet he refuse to talk. The blue button never shows up. (interact)

Same thing happened in OB as well as headstart.

update: got lucky and completed both "My Lost Foot" and "Harmon convergence"

Waterfront Watcher and My Lost Foot are both still bugged for me =/.

Any insight on this devs?.
