Gigaton Mission?

Does anybody know where the Gigaton Mission is and who gives it?

Its given by the guy in the Desert who is outside Project Greenskin, through the rock archway on the cliff over on your left if you are coming out of Greenskin.

You have to complete The Doomsday Clock to get the mission (and possible Built Ferd Tough) but I'm not sure.

Void is right. You must complete the Ferd and Doomsday missions.

You don't need to complete Ferd. Doomsday Clock leads directly on to Radiation Domination, which is the Gigaton mission.

Ferd is a side mission and you can get Gigaton without it. BTW, this is all in the Desert Disaster Crisis.
