Did you change back the item drop rate?

I played last night and got an "almost" steady stream of drops as I went through and cleaned up the criminal element of the city. Today I've been playing for an hour and haven't gotten a single item to drop :(

Just wondering if the rate was adjusted or if I'm just having crappy luck.

I was playing this morning and got one drop out of about 40 enemies.

I haven't PvE'd yet today, but I was definitely getting tons more item drops on 9/1 then I ever did before.

It was great. I hope they didn't change it back.
