I can't find these two quests at all, and they are each holding up a perk out there. Am I crazy? I'm still there trying to find them and the mobs are grey now.. lol..

i asked a GM yesterday...answer was they are bugged.

well that's a tough call.. the area under the Carousel is a team area cause the cowboys can even lasso Grond and yank him if you dont have alot of firepower harrasing them..

A three Toon team with Munitions MEd and Gun bots helps alot but they get ripped too... its real close on range attacks they can rope out close to 100.. the Sassy Saloon girls blow a debuff kiss at ya..

They cancel you travels when they rope so it messes up acrobatics and An Archers backflip to create distance.. Grenades and a Mini gun or Gatling gun help,, My best success was with Force Eruption working with a PA and a Munitions PUG... until Grond and my Nemesis henchmen showed up then it was nuts. only got ASCII Oakley once.. her robot friends were very protective.. the far side of east / West you have the viper soldiers and crazy dynamite prospectors that's a bit easier.. usally have tiem to pick things up to throw at them.. or blow some dynamite up from range to soften them up..

right sorry just reminded the Block buff is great if you have a good timing you can get your block up and they cant drag ya when they rope ya.. so dont get too close to 3 cowboys at the same time w ropes and you can whittle the crowd and don't go to the far side of the carrosel if you can avoid it gets crowded.
