Vicious Vigor does not turn Reaper's Caress into a cone attack. Also, I am getting a fee for respecing even though I have not left the powerhouse after buying my new advantage.
Please fix.

It was actually working in OB so it they broke it between then and now

Actually they broke it about mid way through OB, maybe a bit into the later half. Lvl 26 now and still using it... but oh how I wish it would cone!

I know what you mean. It's made me severly alter my play style with this toon. I can't even respec it because it was the first talent I chose and now I'm 18. And becasue they have made respec'ing so costly I'll never be able to untrain it.

Vicous Vigor will remain broken too. If you look here http://forums.champions-online.com/showthread.php?t=51811 They has something different plan for it:
* Single Blade - Reaper's Caress - New functionality for Vicious Vigor advantage: Hitting a Bleeding target with the third attack of the combo will cause you to become Enraged if you were already not Enraged.
So Single blade has no more cone attacks.
