Unmarked NPCs: ("Psi-Ed Effects" and "Island Invitation")

So I'm finishing out the last quests I have in MC before they gray out (I'm currently level 22, these quests are 19 and 20). On both the mentioned missions, there are uncompleted tasks respectively as:

Psi-Ed Effects:
* talk to Corporal Antoine Harrison

Island Invitation:
* show invitation to, and talk to PRIMUS Silver Avenger Mayte Sanchez

Now, I know I've had both of these people as mission contacts before, which makes it extra maddening. Because now they have no map markers at all. Be real nice if in the future markers could be patched in for these and undoubtedly similar missions.

In the meantime, anyone know whereabouts I can find them? I'm certainly not going to do a block-by-block search of the city. :)

In order to get the remainder of the chain from Kinetik you have to do Ex and Violence which is an item mission from Breanna Biselle's Diary.

The island invitation I thought was also an item mission.

Er. Nevermind. I would gun-to-my-head swear that these mission objectives were plain and simple not marked at all on the map when I played a bit this morning. But this evening when I logged in, there they were, plain as day.

I'm going to assume a stealth hotfix. :)

Harrison is near the spawnpoint, not far from the planepad.
Mayte is on a the end side street somewhere to the NW of them. Think it was several blocks away. Not that far from that Technology building that's also one of the map markers.

If, you access your crime computer, and they're listed as having missions, then you can create a waypoint towards them.
