Server not Responding

Every time I've tried to log on tonight, I've been kicked right out due to "Server Not Responding".

What's up with that?

Having similar problems here, but over a much larger period of time. The game runs perfectly some days, but on others the lag makes the game unplayable. It almost seems random; all Sunday it was perfectly fine, but Saturday and today it's been literally impossible for me to move my character because of how crippled the connection is. I've even disabled the Nagle algorithm and it's had no effect, but it doesn't seem like anyone else is suffering from the issue.

I have one character that is stuck in the Powerhouse. I can't leave, the server stops responding every time I try logging in on that one specific character.
