User Name is reserved...no lifetime for the wife

My wife can log into the game fine but she cannot log into her account on the website. She has done the "forgot your password" bit twice now and each time she gets: "user name is reserved" error.

I just purchased my lifetime sub but she can't because she can't log in.
We tried calling: they are closed.
We submitted a ticket on my website account: no reply yet.

Really don't want to miss out on the lifetime sub due to technical errors.
Need help!

Perhaps try creating a new account? This late in the game, I think that will be your only option...

I think then she would miss out on the perks for preorder and early start events.

they can move things over based on the keys - I do believe. don't quote me on that.
