Slash commands for changing default chat channels?

I know I can alter the default with the tab next to the chatbar, but considering that's way in the corner of my screen, when I'm trying to play and chat is happening in multiple channels, that's really annoying.

I'd like to be able to hop between chat channels easily.

I also can't figure out how to use a text command to speak in a custom chat channel.
