Questions about Nemesis missions/stroyline

If it's possible, try to answer these questions without spoilers :P

I'm really looking forward to discovering the stuff myself in-game, but before I try designing my Nemesis, I'd like to know some things, so I dont write a backstory that goes completely against the missions I'll get later.

1) Where is the Nemesis when the chain starts?
On the run, in hiding, in prison, or not actually evil yet?

2) What is there overall goal?
Money, power, or revenge?

3) Do they work for/with Dr. Desroyer?

1.) I am 28 with a nemesis and I am unsure of this as well. I am guessing a quest related to your nemesis will show up later to go find them.

2.) Goal: To make your life hell on earth.

3.) No but, you can give them the personality of Dr. Destoryer.

I know this is silly but I have not exprienced the Nemesis feature of the game....is this unlocked by levels...what do I do to find and start the Nemesis stuff?

Would like to try it out but been running around and looking around but have not encountered anything about this Nemesis stuff???

Hard to answer without spoilers .. So it will come to you the process when you reach the proper level and a PM will be sent to you by a Millenium City Officer.. it takes off from there..

Your first encounter seems the same for everyone then it changes as you go along...

Unknown to the public and planning his/her first evil deed. You'll get directed to the scene immedately after making the Nemesis.

If you're 28 and haven't had it happen yet, check your mail, you should have the invite to Police HQ to mke the Nemesis.
