Yes...I have NEVER seen any of the named guys aside from the "7 Fingers" guy. Who, when it was Closed Beta, spawned at least 5 times over the course of me searching for the other named guys at one point. It seems that just about every instance of Millennium City has one named guy that it's still looking for.

Yeah. I finished it once. During the level bump, me and a couple other 40's got everybody and killed them, right as the mission re-started. Every other time, a random one of ringleaders never spawns. Sometimes it's Powerbrawl, sometimes Golden Spoon, etc. Not sure why the Mission doesn't mark 7 fingers off as dead, but it doesn't. Hopefully there's a patch tonight before launch and they fix it.

I was able to finish it a couple times over the weekend. We were able to kill each villain at the break spot right as they show up.

I think the problem is that it doesn't ever reset on a failure once they all escape. That or the villains just disappear too quickly instead of escaping to designated places around the complex.

I'm not sure what its supposed to be doing, but its not doing it.

Problem is a npc kills the villain, that doesn't trigger the kill flag, and the game merrily goes along the listing of the next villain it should spawn. It's the same reason why 7 fingers keeps on spawning, he's last on the list, so he's the one who constantly respawns, even though folks have already defeated him.

What it should do is a double check, gee, who hasn't been killed yet, and then respawn that person, to start the cycle anew.

Either that, or just stick a 15 min, time limit on the kill the escaping mastermind section, so the quest can at least end and folks can start anew.

Seems like a fix that shouldn't be too hard to implement, but I'm not a programmer.

I sat and waited for Powerbrawl for over an hour last night. Killed 7 Fingers like 10 times in a row.
