Ferd Mission Trouble

I was just playing the Ferd mission. I defeated the villain and got the code but the bomb could not be deactivated there was no command. I went to another shard or server then the bomb was blinking. Anybody else have this problem?:confused:

For the code to the bomb you need to defeat Alamagordo. Built Ferd Tough is a different quest from the bomb.
