could some please tell why the Enchanted Gear blueprints say Requirements Not Met when im high enough lvl and have the money? Tool tips dont same what the requirements are (;-((

Do you have the requisite crafting skill level? It should be listed on the right of the tooltip.

yes i have the right crafting lvl. i cant even get the lvl 10 when im lvl 160
