Because of this issue with the cost of respecing, everyone in headstart should get a free 100% respec back to zero powers and everything.. they don't lose their levels or anything.

Anyone else agree?

Signed. It would be nice for the head starters to get this as a reward for having to go through the respec bug, but also as a little reward for being a head start player.

Also signed though they need to implement a full re spec option that is in game for good with a set cost. Maybe 5-10g or so. Quite often I just want to change my skills, and due to the insane cost to do so I cannot.

I have a character that I can't use anymore because a poor choice I made early on is danger of falling off of the respec list, and I've never been able to save up enough money to fix it.

I agree that the cost of respec is ridiculous and it might cause some character to be 'defective'. For instance, my cousin took an augmentation to his gadgeteer builder power (forgot the name) to do a cone or some Area of effect. Now even with he's getting aggroed like maniac and die like a ant under a semi. Really i have +5% threath and run around and can't get stuff off his -4% threat with that thing.

Fixing it would have cost 10x the amount of money he had at level 12-13. That's ridiculous considering the low level is where most mistake or unhappiness will occur. Including that in this case, he can't really test the aggro with the dummy in the powerhouse. Right now, he's not liking this so much and he's more of a casual player (1-2h / day / about 3 times a week) meaning for him to redo a character is more costly in his time.

Anyhow, something need to be done to allow the player the abilities to fix mistake the occured in the last days at a reasonable price.

Full respecs won't happen. They don't want you to be able to completely redo your character from looks to abilities by paying a few golds. This is ridiculous and would obviously be a terrible business solution for them.

You created a hero with a specific concept. You can't give him a completely new concept "just because".

Create a new hero if you'd like a new hero.

It's a respec, not a change-your-character-completely.
It's supposed to be in-game as a solution for people who bought powers they thought would fit in their build but eventually realized after a few hours of playing that it's not working too well. How many levels do you need to realize an ability isn't doing it for you?

Respecs however need to have their costs reduced, that's for sure. I like the last 10 respec format, the only issue is the current pricing is absolutely ridiculous as some people said. This forced people to simply out-level the possibility to respec due to cost. Full free respec in this case could be a great solution as an "I'm sorry" token.

If they do ever consider this as an option they can prevent people from making a whole new character by not allowing them to change their two main starting powers. I know I wouldn't bother if I couldn't respec all the way.

I also have to agree about the price too, I bought a power on my Elec/ Force guy that was absolutely useless and I really wanted to remove it but it would have cost triple of what I had made by lvl 13. I had to transfer all the money from 2 of my alts (that I had to get the lvl 13 first) and some extra money from my bro's alt to one guy just to get rid of one move -_-. This problem could be avoided if we could just pick the ONE move we're trying to get rid of instead of having to respec out of all the moves we got after it.

I completely agree. I actually like the fact that you can only respec on of the last 10 things you took. But, they need to make it so you can 'PICK' the one you want to respec first.

As has been stated, if you get a couple powers ahead, and then realize you want to make a minor change, you are screwed. I am not asking to be able to completely make a new character, but at least make the changes you have reasonable.

repecs should be down to the energy gen power you took you "COULD HAVE" repec'd the second power if the price whats fugged up so much but now that where higher lvl the only option is took Delete your char and restart because Guess what YOU'VE PLAYED THE GAME, and god forbid you make a mistake and didn't figure it out RIGHT AWAY no you have to be prefect and if your not they just Keep Deleting your Char and starting over its the cryptic way!
