Currently the mission tracker shows all mission titles as Yellow. It really should be tweaked to show the actual color of the mission (green, yellow, white, orange, etc). This would make it a lot more convenient when glancing over and figuring out what you want to do next.

I just hit J set a quest as primary and go where it tells me. quest done, set the next one as primary.
