I'm basically trying to make a critfisher build out of Dual Blades by going DEX/EGO. What's the best specialization to boost these two stats?

Dunno but looking at the crafting info posted all craft specs give about the same DEX and EGO, (with arms having +1 item that gives these stats) if the list is correct. So really I would say on current knowledge pick ARMS.
