I am at Snake Gulch, but the missions are all 18 and 19 and I barely can finish them. Anyone know where my range is? Also, could someone post a range scale they did at certain levels and where? Thanks.

Try Millennium city there are lots of quests there that go from 12-16 or so. They you can do the desert ones then there are more in millennium.
