Tusks, eh?

So, I saw someone running around in the desert the other day with slender tusks. I couldn't find these in the costume creator (I'd assume they're a mouth accessory), so I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas?

The only tusks I've seen are, I believe, Yeti tusks from the perk vendor which require you to kill 3,000 (5,000?) manimals, which someone in Crisis probably hasn't yet done.

I forget exactly where, but it's one of the head options, many, many tusks. Side accessory i think.

its a mouth acc . or could be in side acc for the face
