Biotechnical Difficulties

So, I'm currently stuck in the "Biotechnical Difficulties" mission in Millennium City. I have the ingredients to make the antidote, and there are plenty of infected scientists around... but I have NO IDEA how to make the antidote! Has anyone run into this problem/know how to make said antidote?

Theres a machine around the building that will make the antidote. It shines when your near it and I sure that there arent any baddies around. Just go up to hit and press z/ interact with it.
