If you're paying month to month you can cancel at any time. You'll still be billed for the current full month you're playing, but you can stop being charged.

The 6 month/lifetime subscriptions can be canceled up until launch, per a dev who directed a player asking about canceling lifetime to customer support.

Subscription are not refundable but you can cancel your subscription. It just the current subscription will remain activer until it expires . A new subscription will then not be renew. (this is assuming the subscription is something other than a lifetime)

You can cancel but you won't get any money back. Your account will remain active until the time you've paid for runs out.

If you bought the 6 month or lifer sub, there is a disclaimer saying no refunds. You may want to contact cryptic directly though.

Well first off.. What subscription did you buy?


Did you sign up for the discounted 6 month or lifetime? If so you CAN cancel, but you wont get your money back.

If you signed up (already) for the month to month, just cancel as you would any other game.

The Op never asked about refunds, he asked for information about canceling. That option is available in your account section, from the menu on the right, on the main website.

And considering the game hasn't launched yet, unless you bought a 6 month or lifetime subscription... you shouldn't have been charged anything yet.
