How do I create a second costume?

I'm trying to create a second costume for my character, my first attempt just editing my original costume and renaming it before I pay for it just overwrote the original :(

You need to reach a certain level, before you can make another costume set... I'm not sure if it was lvl 15 or 16.

you gain additional costumes at levels 15 and 30, and upon joining a supergroup.
