I love the fact that there are random citizens coming to my character with missions, but can you please have them located somewhat close by? It does seem to make sense that I'm at City Hall getting mission in Black Aces gang territory. Did the citizen seriously not see any heroes on his way to me?
It would also be neat if these missions had more flavor to them than just diffusing bombs and defeating everyone inside. How about having these random missions start a longer quest chain or story arc? At least make it worth while to run across the city to stop a bunch of Purple Gangers from spray painting the sewers.:p
