I'm in the big city and at one point I could have sworn some one offered me a contact in Canada so I could start doing missions there, but I declined atm because it was a few levels higher than me. Now I can't find that contact. I'm out of missions at lvl 18 in MC and would pref to go to Canada instead of the Desert.
Can any one help me out? I hope once you decline it isn't a decline for life, but that's one thing I'm afraid of :(

You don't need a contact to go there and do missions. Someone in Force Station Steelhead will likely have a ! or ? above their heads.

Right its more the other way around when you work through the Missions they ask you to go to MC and Meet Defender at Least his GF Witchcraft does.. Justicar is the Big Dawg at Steelhead.. to get you started..

No a contact but the hove plane give an option to go there.. and so does the UNITY Computer.. Socrates
and the Crime computer give names under the Emergencys list to go there for contacts..
