So.. I just noticed this and I'm not sure what to think about it really.
Basically, I have a power/device. I use this power/device. The power/device lasts for say 5 minutes and has a recharge of 30 minutes.
I play about 3 minutes and log out. I wait 45 minutes and log back in. The effect of the power/device that I have used is worn off. Gone. The 2 minutes which were left expiring while I was out of game. Okay. BUT, the power/device itself still has another 27 minutes until it's rercharged?! So basically, the recharge or cooldown of a power is based on ingame time while the effect of the power is not?
Can someone please explain that to me because.. that seems... very unfair. Either they should both expire while out of the game, or both be based on in-game time.
