Eye Beams is a pretty core power for Power Armour, nice damage (probably too much) and low energy costs make it ideal to slotting into other powers. The downside is it makes a high pitched squeal that sounds like a kettle going off. After a while I wanted to spec out of it just because it was annoying to use.
