Alright so, it seems now (By the lack of threads asking so) that everyone is already in the Headstart.
I have been up till now relaxed and thought that alot of people were still trying to get in and the servers weren't able to keep up with it or whatever.
I still can't get in.
No shards found.
I pre-ordered from Amazon.co.uk
I got a spot in Open Beta from my Pre-order (the Key was emailed to me)
But...
Will i need to wait for another key to be emailed to me for the Headstart?
Or does the Oben Beta one unlock the Headstart for my account too?
If so, why can't i log into the game when everyone else can?

My first thought was that you ordered from Amazon which was not one to the providers which gave access to headstart. Then saw that was UK Amazon which may be different, it should have noted it on the product page when you brought the pre order. As for the extra key I would think it would be just like the Gamestop key where it was only necessary to register the one which gave access to both Open beta and headstart.

Yeah i would have thought it would be together (the OB and Early Start)
U.K. Amazon customers customers will receive entry to our Open Beta, beginning August 17, as well as entry to our Early Start Program.

The no shards error is a bug. Just close the client and restart it a dozen times. It'll work.

p.s. if you have no shards , and the latest client
close it restart it , relog
repeat it till you get it right
anywhere from 0 to 2 hours

I'm not sure whether to approach that with sarcasm, negativity or thanks.

EDIT: It looks like the New client i just downloaded does nothing, ill have to keep closing the re-opening and hoping for it to work.
Oh and i removed my Sig...Better now?

Oh, i just got into a habbit of Signing my Nickname/Alias when i write in stuff like Forums and..whatever else.
It's not there to let people know that it's me who made this post as that'd be stupid! :)

try re-installing the client, in a lot of games files just sometimes don't go in their proper place or get corrupted during installation.
Installing the game again is always one of the first things i try to do before i go looking for a large-scale fix

reinstall in a different location as well
