Changing Forum/Global Name

Hey guys. I am hoping someone here might be able to direct me in the right direction.

How I do go about changing my forum/global name? I picked something really stupid a long time ago when the forums first went online. At the time I was somewhat rushed and I just typed anything in.

Such a feature is needed I think - especially as those who created accounts recently had no option but to have their forum and global name the same as their account name. This is a serious security concern for me.

Create a support ticket explaining the situation. Request to have your forum name changed and you can even suggest what to change it to in the body of the ticket. Thats how I got mine changed.

Right the old Forum CSR Lead had people PM her but those things fill too fast ..

They have been helpful for many people using the support ticket.
