I think it would be a great idea to get a list of emotes, or is there a way to do this in-game?

If you click on the little button to the right of where you type in commands or chat, you can get a list of emotes.
I'd post a screeny but no headstart for me :(

What might be more useful is a list of commands, period. I only just heard about this twitter-linking malarkey.

It was announced in the news section of the forums. How would an 'all commands' sticky be more obvious than a post in the new announcements section?

I said it would be more useful, not more obvious.
having said that, by searching the forum, I've just stumbled across "/cmdlist", which seems to be exactly what I want. still can't find a command for changing instances, though.

to change instances just click above the minimap on the instance you're in now(where it says something like Millenium CIty #7), and it'll bring up a list and you can change to a different #. I don't think there's a way to change from one city to another, though, without actually finding out the jet that takes you there.

It would be wonderful if someone made a variation on Mantid's emote guide (sadly no longer hosted it seems) for CO.

changing instance is possible from any where. its easy . you can use mini map or main map
when you do that your sent to the starting point of the map . from there the jet can be use.
