was thinking maybe munitions/ duel blades...guns for range and swords for up close, am i mad , or have alot of people tried this?

if so what mix of skills .

im guessing the ranged energy builder, gunslinger is it?

I have done it quite a bit using the dual blades for a builder and 2 gun mojo for range..then i spend the rest of my time building up the munitions and constitution and dex and it was pretty awesome. Not good if you are looking to pvp tho...
