Well, I preordered this game at the beginning of the month through Gamestop. I got my beta code, and somehow accidently activated it because the website will accept codes even if you're not logged in (and I had been recently logged in on the site, and it had remembered before...my bad for assuming). I got a second beta code with help from a friend, and got in the Beta, enjoyed somewhat, found the controls a bit slippery. So Head Start begins, and the code no longer works. I re-send a ticket (which I had first sent on the 13th, was told on the 14th they would let me know when they had a solution) and the next day (today) got a new code. This code was 'already activated'. This was just the last straw. I was in the WoW open beta and we had nothing on this magnitude of incompitence. I tried to cancel my preorder at Gamestop, but got told in store I Have to do it on line, online said to call the store, calling said 'you have to come in the store'...but ultimatly I got it resolved. So so long, and maybe you'll learn something about customer service, but I doubt it.
