so i get the same issue as alot of other people and send the following ticket because in some other post this was suggest by some1 representing cryptic:
Description:
after logging in at the launcher i get the following msg underneath the patch progress bar: No shards found, you have a ticket with 1 permission pairs etcetc. Now i know this happened during the beta sometimes aswell but never as long and rigorous as now. Ive pre-ordered the game through D2D and i was in the beta, ive read on forums other d2d buyers are currently in and playing, why isnt it working for me?
after about 15 minutes i get the following, utterly brilliant reply:

Cryptic please get your act together because this isnt how you treat paying customers.
i actually cleared half my weekend so i could enjoy a nice gaming weekend before University starts again on monday.... so far ive spent my time pre-studying since i cant log in.... not useless but not what id call fun.
i have respect for the issues involved with launching a new game and i continue to wait patiently.
