How do I repair?

Got my butt handed to me a couple times last night. I don't know how/if my items have been degraded, but since they are supposed to get hit I'd like to repair them. I don't see a repair option at a vendor. So, what do I do?

Your items are safe.

When you die, you lose a star from your rating (check out the character portrait).

The fewer stars there are, the lower your combat potential.

Get stars back by earning XP.

The used to in CB, I think. They don't now, though. All you lose is a star when you die.

ETA: Beaten to the punch...

But you can also talk to certain "charity" NPCs and donate money to get your stars back.
