I have yet to see this thing heal me? It's *'d as "Occurs only in certain circumstances..." well what would that be?

You have to buy an advantage for it to "turn on" the healing aspect.

Buy the advantage that makes it heal -- it is amazing. You can bring it to rank 2 for a 60 second CD reduction, and then add the heal for about 2500+ health. Amazing ability!

I agree. Use this in combination with an active defense ability for some awesome fun.

Your only able to spend 5 points on ranks per Power. Its not possible to have Nano Swarm at Rank2 and then still purchase the Healing Injections, I'm afraid. You see, each upgrade costs 2 points.

Rank 2 = 2 Points (you start at Rank 1)
Advantage = 2 Points

Total = 4 Points

Your absolutely right! I was looking at the character builder and seeing Ranks 2 and 3, not 1 and 2... :(
