I think it might be to late.. but check your credit card.. if all else fails.. call your bank tell um you lost it and to cancel it and send you a new one.. so .. you know no one will find the LOST one and can charge it..

Or you could just ask nicely like I did. Submit a ticket to their billing department. I'm probably going to resub because after getting to experience the changes made since the 24 (I arranged to go away that week so I missed the extended beta) I'm happy with them
