I'd post about it in the PC & Technical Issues forum. If you're supposed to have access to the head start, you should be able to get in. You are sure you're supposed to have access, right?

Chances are the login server is on the blink then. I'm in game now, so the game servers are alright.

anyone know a fix to this? hmm my login has been saying this for a bit. Do i have to change my account for head start?

Uninstall and reinstall, you will be told to do it first anyway it might work.
