1) Is there a way I can change my forum and @name (to the same name)? Basically change Joybuzzer to something else?
2) Reading the Name/Costume Policy...does this mean I can't make a hero with the name "Dark God"

You can change your display name. Go to "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page and ask to have your display name changed. Give them several names you would like, in case one is taken.

the only way to change your forum and @ name is if it is the same as your account login name.
cryptic is only changing forum names of said accounts because of security issues.
if its any other reason than that?
