Supergroup Creation

I know I have seen a thread previously that listed who (and where) you talk to in order to create a super group (guild), but I guess I fail at forum searches as I cannot seem to find the thread. Could someone in the know kindly tell me who I need to speak with in order to create a guild?

I am currently in Project Greenskin, but I can travel if I need to. Thanks in advance.

You need to go to Champions HQ in Millenium City. You will also need Three or Four other players (I forget which) in a team with you.

is there any where else you can go to create a SG? I believe there's a level restriction for millinium.

There is no level restriction you just need to finish the crisis instance, and no there is no other location outside of Champions HQ in MC.
