QoL Suggestion: Allow Keybind and Screen layout save across Characters

One thing I am finding mildly annoying is having to redo my keybinds, chat options, and screen layot from scratch (aka eerything there is reset to the defaults for a ne character).

IMO - It would be nice if we could save and load these settings t/from files so (if I so desire) we could have all the same keybinds, etc. for newly created charaters more easily.

While it is annoying, I can see the reason for having different setting for each character.
A melee character might need different settings from a range, or a hybrid.

Yes, but it would be nice to save a personal "default" bind list which could be loaded when you roll a new character. Even if you needed to tweak it, you wouldn't need to change every bind again.

Me, I'm a lefty, so I bind movement, targeting, and other stuff to the numpad. It's kind of a pain to have to go through the whole process every time.
